Hoop Legends is a fast-paced basketball arcade game that challenges your shooting precision and timing. Flick the ball toward the hoop, thread it through defenders, and rack up combo streaks for massive score bonuses. Unlock legendary players and special courts as you climb the leaderboard.

How to Play

Aim by positioning your cursor or finger above the ball, then flick upward in the direction of the basket. A guide arc appears briefly — match its curve to account for the distance. Consecutive swishes build your combo multiplier. Blocked shots and misses reset your streak, so accuracy beats reckless volume.

Tips

Aim for the back of the rim on long-range shots — the ball is more likely to drop in than bounce out. During moving-basket challenges, wait for the hoop to reach its closest point before releasing. Keeping your combo alive is worth more points than going for flashy trick shots that carry higher miss risk.

Combo and Streak Mechanics

Hoop Legends tracks combo streaks: consecutive successful shots without a miss multiply your score. A 5-shot streak gives 2×, a 10-shot streak gives 4×, and a 20+ streak hits the maximum 8×. Missing a shot resets the streak entirely — the risk-vs-reward pressure is core to the gameplay loop.

Different baskets have different point values: standard (1), bonus (2), and golden (5). Higher-multiplier shots also unlock during events, randomly replacing standard baskets on the court.

Strategy

Banking off the rim. Aiming slightly to the side of the hoop and banking the ball off the rim's underside is more reliable than aiming dead-centre. The rim's curve catches off-centre shots.

Don't chase flashy shots. A risky 50-point trick shot is worth less than 5 steady 2-pointers. Build your combo before risking a trick.

Time the moving baskets. When the hoop is sliding, wait for it to swing to its closest position before releasing.
